The Forum brings together leading telecommunications companies in Saudi Arabia within a cooperative framework that enhances coordination and integration, currently comprising: stc Group, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), Zain Saudi Arabia, Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO), Salam, Dhiyaut Integrated Telecom & IT, and Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems (ACES-NH).

stc Group is the enabler of digital transformation in the region. It is a Saudi joint-stock company (group) that provides many innovative digital solutions and contributes to leading digital transformation. The Saudi Public Investment Fund owns 64% of the company shares. It is a leader in telecommunications and information technology, digital infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, Internet of Things, digital payments, digital media, and digital entertainment, and is referred to as "Saudi Telecom Company"

Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily)

Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) is a Saudi leading company in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector, founded in 2005 to provide integrated services for individuals, companies, and both government and private sectors. Its services include mobile and fixed communications, high-speed internet services, and advanced digital solutions, with wide coverage across various regions of the Kingdom. 

Mobily focuses on providing a reliable communication experience and innovative services that meet its customers needs, and contributes through its advanced infrastructure and digital services to supporting digital transformation and enhancing the growth of the telecommunications and IT sector in the Kingdom.

Zain Saudi Arabia

Zain Saudi Arabia, the leading provider of digital services in the Kingdom, plays a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation and building a comprehensive digital economy, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Through advanced digital infrastructure and innovative solutions and technologies, it directs innovation toward building a more beautiful, smarter, and more sustainable world, through an approach that places humans at the heart of the digital experience, contributing to improving quality of life and enhancing the Kingdom competitiveness.

It offers an integrated ecosystem of digital solutions that meet the needs of individuals and the business sector, and its strategic expansion in parallel markets reflects its ability to enhance its presence in the digital sector and open new horizons for growth and innovation.

Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO)

Salam

Salam is one of the most prominent players in the digital infrastructure market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and aims to be one of the leading enablers of the digital economy in the Kingdom, by providing secure and scalable infrastructure, and high-value information and communications technology solutions. Through innovation, customer focus, and disciplined execution, the company enhances its sustainable growth and supports recurring revenue sources.

Dhiyaut Integrated Telecom & IT

Dhiyaut Integrated A Saudi company wholly owned by the Saudi Energy Company, founded in 2018 to maximize the benefit from the optical fiber network that exceeds 125,000 kilometers and covers various regions of the Kingdom, including villages and border areas, to provide integrated communication services that improve the quality and speed of the Internet, in support of Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program, especially the initiatives of "Broadband Expansion" and "Fiber to the Home".

Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems (ACES-NH)

A licensed telecommunications company to provide infrastructure services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the neutral host model, founded in 2023 as a subsidiary of ACES, which dates back to 1994. In 2019, ACES obtained a Category (B) license from the Communications, Space and Technology Commission to provide small cell services, DAS systems, indoor coverage solutions, and wireless access points. In 2023, the company expanded by obtaining Category (C) and (D) licenses to include dark fiber, ducts, interconnection services, and active fixed access, relying on the latest technologies and best global practices.
